Processing Time
- Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.
Packaging and Shipping Details
- Whenever possible, we will dispatch orders earlier than the estimated time.
- Packages are shipped from Monday to Friday.
- Ensure your address details are current and accurate.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- All items are securely packed, wrapped in tissue paper, and shipped in bubble mailers, cardboard envelopes, or boxes.
- We currently ship to select international destinations. Your location will determine shipping costs and delivery times at checkout.
Tax Policy
🇺🇸 US Customers: All applicable duties and import fees for U.S. orders are collected at checkout. You will not be required to pay any additional charges upon delivery.
🇨🇦 Canada Customers: Taxes (GST/PST/HST) may be calculated at checkout depending on your location. At this time, we are not collecting Canadian GST/PST/HST, so no sales tax is charged on orders shipped within Canada.
🇬🇧 UK Customers: UK VAT is not included in our prices for orders placed on our website and may be collected upon delivery.
If you want VAT charged immediately at checkout, you can place your order via our Etsy store, where Etsy automatically collects VAT. We include Etsy’s UK VAT number on shipments to confirm that taxes have been prepaid.
🇪🇺 EU Customers: VAT is not included in our prices. Orders shipped from Canada to the EU may be subject to VAT and handling fees, which your local customs authority or courier collects upon delivery.
If you prefer to have VAT collected upfront at checkout (instead of paying at customs), you can purchase our products on our Etsy store. Etsy automatically collects VAT, and we include Etsy’s IOSS number on parcels to confirm that VAT has already been paid.
🌍 International Customers: Local taxes, VAT, or import duties may apply depending on your country’s customs regulations. These charges are not included in our prices and will be collected by your local customs authority or courier upon delivery.
Undelivered Packages Refund Policy
If a package is returned to us due to the recipient’s failure to pick it up from customs or the post office, our refund policy is as follows:
- Product Cost Refund: We will refund the full purchase cost of the products.
- Shipping Cost: The shipping cost is non-refundable as the shipping service was provided.
Please track your shipment and promptly pick up your package from the post office or customs to avoid any inconvenience.
