Golden Bubbles Transfer Foil - 15cm x 3m Roll

How to use transfer foil on polymer clay

1. Condition and roll out your clay. Foil transfers best onto a smooth, fresh surface.
2. Cut a piece of foil and lay it on the clay with the colored side facing up, toward you.
3. Rub firmly over the whole piece with your finger, a bone folder or the back of a spoon.
4. Peel the foil off in one quick, smooth motion: the pattern stays on the clay.
5. Cut your shapes, bake as usual, and seal with UV resin or varnish to protect the foil.

Ideas

Combine several patterns on one piece, foil only part of a shape, or layer foil under translucent clay for a deep, glowing effect. It also works on resin, paper and other smooth craft surfaces.
