How to use 2 Way Adhesive Glue Marker – Chisel
Glue is Blue when wet but turns clear when dry.
Wet bond (blue) – use immediately for powder and glitters. Fixate the result with varnishing.
Dry bond (clear) – put the foils on the dried (clear) glued surface and rip it off. Fixate the result with varnishing.
